Members will be selected by recommendation only. Solicitors may be considered, but only if a current member is willing to vouch (vouch meaning taking care of contact and notifications for the applicant as if they had recommended them) for the applicant. Applicants will go through a process of running heroics to test their playing ability on their class. These runs should consist of at least three Officers, one being the recommender or voucher of the applicant. After these heroic runs, if the applicant shows promise (promise being that all officers involved in the audition runs find the player fit to potentially join) then they become an Initiate of the guild and are taken on a low priority raid (low priority being a raid that members Mains do not have a pressing need to participate in) with at least 5 Officers. After this raid if the applicant continues to show promise then they become a Member of the guild and have the right to participate in raids.

Priority in raiding will be given to Officers and Veterans.

Any guild member below the rank of Officer is open to review at any time by the Officers. In general a review would only occur if the guild member has become unfriendly to other members or defames the guild as a whole.
