Raiding
Sign-ups for raids will be done via the calendar. If a Member signs up they may be bumped down the queue by an Officer or a Veteran. The waiting list (waiting list being a first come first priority list of people that didn’t make it into the raid) will determine what players get to attend if a spot is opened up. Raids can be created by any guild member with the ranking of Member or higher. People that are not in guild may not sign up for a raid, but may be taken as a PUG (PUG meaning a pick-up-group member) in the event that there are not enough guild members on for the raid. Should a guild member later log-on and desire to attend the raid, priority will be given to them on either a Main or any Alt character that is a member of the guild should a spot open up. It should be noted that if a member of the guild starts a raid that was not scheduled, no priority would need to be given to members of the guild to fill spots for that raid, though it would be nice.
PVP
While there are no conventions for PVP within the guild it should be noted that PVP kicks ass and Blizzard really needs to fix Warlocks.
Attendance
All members that sign up for events are expected to attend said events. There are circumstances that can occur that are beyond our control. Should one of these circumstances prevent the attendance of a member it will not reflect badly on the member. If properly fulfilling event commitments becomes an issue for a member then that member will be notified that their attendance has become a concern. If attendance does not improve the member may have event priority suspended.
